Spring in Our Steps

Nature is very busy in the Spring. It’s a time of rebirth and hope for good things to come. It’s about ending a school year, celebrating graduations, and cleaning house. Here are some Spring tips when the winds of change are upon us.

  1. Spring cleaning brings order to chaos. Get rid of the clutter. Establish new spaces and places for things that will be easier to find the next time. 
  1. Tend our soil. Practice preventative maintenance always. With our health, our people, our car. Take care of what is good, so it stays that way.
  1. Open the windows and let the warm breeze in. Get energized, while calming our standards. Tomorrow is another day. 
  1. Take time to smell the flowers. Get exercise. Do what we must to be inspired and motivated. Relax with a paperback or a friend. Learn from a podcast or online course. 
  1. Know when to take a Spring Break. If the anxiety and stress gets too much, walk away. Do something fun and breathe the fresh air. 

These practices will put some Spring in our steps. They will make this season and the next even better. Happy Spring!
